AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC, a company incorporated in the Ajman Nuventures Center Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, is the legal “Data Controller” for the purposes of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

ARTIQRA is a consumer-facing brand operated and owned by AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC. Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Privacy Policy refers to AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC and its authorized brands, including Artiqra.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity Data: Full name.
• Contact & Delivery Data: Physical address within the UAE, email address, and mobile number.
• Visual & Biometric-Related Data: Photographs or images voluntarily provided by you for the purpose of creating customized 3D portrait sculptures. These images are not used for biometric identification.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies required for website functionality and security.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by UAE PDPL:

• Contractual Necessity: Personal data is required to fulfill your order and deliver customized products.
• Explicit Consent: By submitting images and completing checkout, you explicitly consent to the processing of such data for the specified purpose.

4. Use of Visual Content

Artiqra, operated by AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC, follows a strict Privacy-First approach for all visual content:

• Purpose Limitation: Images are used solely to create a 3D model for production and fulfillment.
• No Secondary Use: We do not use customer images or resulting 3D models for marketing, promotion, or public display without separate written consent.
• Restricted Access: Access is limited to authorized designers and production personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Design & Production Data: Images and 3D files are retained for up to 30 calendar days after order delivery to address reprints or delivery issues.
• Permanent Deletion: After this period, design files and source images are permanently deleted from active systems.
• Financial Records: Invoices and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years as required under UAE tax and commercial laws.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be shared only with:

• Licensed Courier Partners: For order delivery within the UAE.
• Secure Payment Gateways: PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers.

7. Your Rights Under UAE Law

Under UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to lawful retention requirements.
