1. Legal Identity & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Artiqra website and services. ARTIQRA is a brand owned and operated by AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC, a company incorporated in the Ajman Nuventures Center Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website, submitting images, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of the Product
Artiqra specializes in the creation of bespoke and personalized goods, specifically custom 3D-printed portrait sculptures produced using customer-provided images.
To maintain efficient production timelines, we do not provide digital renders, 3D previews, or approval samples prior to manufacturing. By placing an order, you authorize our artists and technical systems to interpret your submitted images into a 3D form.
- Artistic Interpretation: You acknowledge that 3D modeling is an interpretive artistic process. Variations in likeness, proportions, depth, or facial detail are inherent and not considered defects.
- Manufacturing Characteristics: 3D printing may result in visible layer lines, surface textures, or minor asymmetries. These are standard characteristics of additive manufacturing.
3. Orders, Cancellations & Refund Policy
In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, the right of return does not apply to goods that are customized or manufactured to a consumer’s specifications.
- Final Sale: All Artiqra products are custom-made and non-returnable. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed, as production preparation begins immediately.
- Transit Damage: If your product arrives physically damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@artiqra.com with clear photographs of the damage and original packaging. Verified claims will be resolved through a one-time replacement.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content
- User Responsibility: You confirm that you own or have lawful permission to use and submit any images uploaded to Artiqra. You agree to indemnify AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC against any claims arising from copyright or privacy violations.
- Brand & Platform IP: The Artiqra name, logo, website content, designs, and branding elements are the intellectual property of AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC and may not be used without written permission.
5. Pricing, Payments & VAT
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC is currently not registered for VAT under UAE Federal Tax Authority thresholds; therefore, VAT is not charged at this time.
We reserve the right to update pricing, introduce VAT, or apply taxes if legally required in the future.
6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery is available exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by our third-party logistics partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.
