ARTIQRA Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions
Program Owner: AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC (Ajman Nuventures Center Free Zone, UAE)
Applicable Law: Federal Laws of the UAE & Courts of Ajman
1. Legal Identity & Scope
By participating in the ARTIQRA Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms. This Program is operated by AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC. You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and have no authority to bind the company to any agreement or representation.
2. Marketing Standards for Bespoke Goods
Because ARTIQRA products are bespoke and personalized 3D sculptures, you must adhere to the following marketing restrictions to protect the brand from consumer protection claims:

No Digital Preview Disclosure: You must never promise or imply that customers will receive a digital render or 3D preview for approval. You must align your promotions with our "No Digital Preview Policy."

Artistic Interpretation: You must accurately represent the product as an "artistic interpretation." You are prohibited from using language that guarantees 100% photo-realism or "exact likeness."

Manufacturing Realism: You must not edit or filter product photos in a way that hides standard 3D printing characteristics (such as layer lines or surface textures).
3. Strict "No Refund" & Cancellation Alignment
To prevent customer disputes, your promotional content must not contradict Article 3 of the ARTIQRA Customer Terms:

Final Sale: You must inform your audience that all sales are final and non-returnable due to the custom nature of the product, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.

No Cancellations: You are prohibited from stating that orders can be modified or cancelled after payment.

Damage Claims: You must only direct customers to
orders@artiqra.comfor transit damage claims, noting the strict 24-hour notification window.
4. UAE Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
As of February 2026, the UAE Media Council requires strict licensing for all digital promoters:

Affiliate Permit: You must hold a valid UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit. ARTIQRA is not liable for any fines resulting from your lack of permit.

Mandatory Disclosure: You must clearly label all content with #ad or #إعلان.

Geographic Restriction: Your marketing must be targeted exclusively to residents within the United Arab Emirates.
5. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

User Content: You are solely responsible for any images or media you use in your promotions.

Brand IP: All logos, names, and designs are the property of AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC. You may only use approved assets.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or government fines (up to AED 50,000) arising from your violation of UAE media laws or misrepresentation of our products.
6. Payments, VAT & Taxes

VAT: You acknowledge that AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC is currently not VAT registered. You must not claim that VAT is included or applicable unless officially notified of a change in tax status.

Currency: All commissions are calculated and paid in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Clawback: Commissions paid on orders that are later flagged for fraud or verified transit damage (resulting in a loss to the company) may be deducted from future payouts.
7. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

Liability: AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Program.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ajman, UAE.
