At ARTIQRA (owned and operated by AENTIQ LABS FZC LLC), we take immense pride in crafting bespoke, personalized high-end art and custom 3D portrait sculptures tailored exclusively to your specifications. Because every piece is custom-made to order, our return, replacement, and refund policies are structured tightly around the unique, personalized nature of our products, in absolute alignment with Google Merchant Center guidelines and United Arab Emirates Consumer Protection laws.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind, Dissatisfaction, or Buyer’s Remorse
Because all products on ARTIQRA are custom manufactured and highly personalized based on user-submitted photos, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, nor do we issue refunds for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation, or "buyer’s remorse." In accordance with our policy, we do not offer refunds if a customer simply changes their mind after the order is confirmed.
- Custom-made items are fully exempt from standard return rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
- Variations in likeness, depth, or standard 3D-printing additive manufacturing textures (such as micro-layer lines) are natural, standard characteristics of bespoke physical art and are not classified as manufacturing defects.
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered once payment is confirmed, as bespoke digital styling and production preparations begin immediately.
2. Return of Damaged or Defective Products Only
We stand firmly behind the safe transit of our art pieces. We accept requests for a one-time 100% free structural replacement if, and only if, your item arrives physically broken, heavily defective, or structurally damaged during transit.
To qualify for a free replacement, you must complete the following mandatory steps:
- Timeframe: You must notify us via email within exactly 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be verified as transit damage and will not be honored.
- How to Initiate a Claim: Send an email directly to orders@artiqra.com containing:
- Your full name and Order ID number.
- Clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video clip demonstrating the physical damage to the art piece.
- Photographs showing the condition of the original exterior and interior packaging it arrived in.
3. Return & Replacement Fees (No Hidden Costs)
To maintain full transparency and complete adherence to global advertising, Google Merchant, and Google Ads guidelines, we guarantee there are no hidden fees or financial penalties for handling genuine transit damage:

4. How the Replacement Process Works
Once our internal review team evaluates your submitted photographs of the broken sculpture and verifies the transit damage claim (typically within 1–2 business days):
- Approval Notification: We will notify you via email that your one-time free replacement has been verified and approved.
- Recreation Process: Upon formal approval, we will immediately initiate the recreation of your bespoke custom sculpture from scratch using your original project design profiles.
- Delivery Timeline: Your newly recreated art piece will be manufactured, quality-checked, and safely delivered to your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval, at absolutely no extra cost to you.
